STAAR Math Practice Tests
Pick a grade. Each practice set has 20 original questions on the skills that grade's STAAR math test covers, with a worked answer for every question and a score by skill at the end.
About STAAR math
The STAAR math test is taken by Texas students in grades 3 to 8. The spring 2027 math window is April 19 to 30, 2027. Calculators are required in grade 8 and not allowed in grades 3 to 7, except as an accommodation.
The Texas Education Agency says spring 2027 is the last STAAR for grades 3 to 8. From 2027-28 a new Student Success Tool, taken at the beginning, middle and end of the year, replaces it. The math skills stay the same, so this practice keeps its value.
